3. Account Registration & KYC
You must provide accurate information during sign-up and complete identity verification (KYC) before trading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Trading & Fees
All trades are executed at the rate displayed at the time of confirmation. Fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Iretix does not guarantee any particular price or execution speed.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Iretix for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Risk Acknowledgment

7. Limitation of Liability
Iretix is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, third-party actions, or events outside our reasonable control, except where required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if we suspect fraud, violation of these terms, or as required by regulators. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
